Covid-19 and Mental Wellbeing
As Auckland continues to go through Covid-19 Alert Level 4, things can take their toll on people. Whether they are still working, or have to work from home. If they have no work to do and find themselves with too much time on their hands.
It is important to take care of your mental wellbeing during this time. Whether that involves a mental health break, or more time with family and friends (by contactless means), some people might be able to get some help here: https://covid19.govt.nz/health-and-wellbeing/mental-wellbeing/

Covid-19 Alert Level 4 Services - Collection Service
After further advice from the New Zealand Government with regards to our Warehouse Access Service, we have suspended that service due to the current restrictions.
In place of this service, we will be coming to your bubble to collect your packages from you. The rules for Collection Service are as follows:
Please contact us to book a collection date and time.
We will contact you when we are parked near your home.
Please bring out your items to freight to the curbside/your mailbox and leave it where it is dry and safe.
Please return to your bubble. We will then wipe down the package with alcohol wipes and collect from where you left it.
Please email back the freight form at your convenience. Ideally, if you can print a copy, then leave it with your package.
Social distancing must be maintained at all times
Please fill in the Collection Form and we will contact you in order to make arrangements. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Keep safe and take care of each other.

Covid-19 Alert Level 2 Services: Warehouse Access
Now that we are having to operate at Covid-19 Alert Level 4, and given the latest news and information from the New Zealand Government, there is a chance that New Zealand may be in lockdown for longer than expected.
Over the past year, Tastok has been working to make Covid-19 Alert Levels easier and safer for our customers to work with us in.
As an essential service, and having a warehouse of operations during this lockdown, we are able to provide safe entry and drop-off from our locations. However, rules do apply.
We have prepared our warehouse so that people can drive up to the roller door. From there, the rules must be followed:
Please park in front of our roller door. If there is a car there, please park and await your turn. Our reception, office and bathroom will be locked and unavailable to our customers during Level 4 and Level 3. Access to our warehouse is restricted and highlighted by cones.
Please wear a mask. No mask, no service. Hand sanitizer is also on site for use. We recommend using it.
Please scan our QR Code when dropping off freight, or fill in our track and trace form. This helps the New Zealand government should they find that a person testing positive has visited our location. By doing this, you are helping your community.
Please fill out our customer form online and print it out to bring with you. If you can’t print it out, we can print it for you. Then all you will need to do is sign it. If you don’t have the ability to fill in a form, give us a call, and we will have a form prepared for you to sign on arrival.
It is preferred that one person per vehicle is able to unload their freight onto the pallet or trolley made available to you. All packages will be wiped down appropriately before being processed.
Once procedures have been met, you may leave. If there are any issues, we will give you a call. If we have more than one customer, we will signal them to park in front of the warehouse next. This enables us to serve one customer at a time, helping to keep social distancing in place.

Covid-19 Alert Level 4 Services: Online Orders
Now that we are having to operate at Covid-19 Alert Level 4, and given the latest news and information from the New Zealand Government, there is a chance that New Zealand may be in lockdown for longer than expected.
Over the past year, Tastok has been working to make Covid-19 Alert Levels easier and safer for our customers to work with us in.
With the restrictions set in place by the New Zealand Government, some items are unavailable for purchase unless they are considered essential. We do have accounts with many suppliers such as Gilmours, Bunnings, Mitre 10, NZ Safety, The Warehouse and many other online businesses.
We are able to make orders for our family and friends in Niue, and then organise freight and Niue Customs clearance. We are working on an order form to help make this service easier to work with, and are happy to provide quotes upon request.

Covid-19 Alert Level 4 Services: Courier Services
Now that we are having to operate at Covid-19 Alert Level 4, and given the latest news and information from the New Zealand Government, there is a chance that New Zealand may be in lockdown for longer than expected.
Over the past year, Tastok has been working to make Covid-19 Alert Levels easier and safer for our customers to work with us in.
Our safest service is our courier service. We have accounts with most (if not all) of the courier services available in New Zealand, and internationally (mainly DHL). We can help with getting a courier to get goods from your bubble, to our warehouse. Using our online form, this service is available to everyone and anyone that has a computer or smart device.
We will need to know the weight and size of the package(s) you intend to have couriered to us. Filling in our customer form will help the process go through faster.
