Passenger Special

As Covid-19 continues to affect travel into Niue, we have been inspired by our customers to offer a special for passengers travelling to Niue.

This service will work similar to our Knick Knack Box service, but with the following restrictions:

• Only valid for people traveling to Niue on the same flight as the freight, or whom have travelled but had excess check-in luggage left behind

• No Dangerous Goods are allowed with general air freight luggage

  • This includes anything that contains alcohol (such as perfume and aftershave), aerosols, lead acid batteries, flammable items or anything else that may be affected by air pressure change

• No items requiring temperature control, such as refrigeration or freezing

• Must produce proof of travel (a copy of the eTicket) and a copy of their quarantine confirmation letter from Niue

• There is a limit of 30kg per piece

• This special can only be used once by the passenger(s) due to travel to Niue

Unfortunately, charges can only been finalised after the air freight has closed for the flight. Then we know how much we can break down the freight costs of the consignments that qualify for this special.
