Covid-19
Over the past week, a member of our staff attended a family event that unfortunately included people that tested positive for Covid-19. As per protocols, they are self isolating and getting tested under guidelines before they can return to work.
This means that we are currently short staffed. We will be working on all requests as best as possible during this time though. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Sea Freight Update (Imua Voyage 110N - 12JAN 2022 Update)
The Imua Voyage 109N has departed Auckland. It is due to arrive in Niue around the 18th of January 2022.
The next voyage to Niue is the Imua Voyage 110N. It is scheduled to arrive in Niue around the 18th of February 2022.
The cut-off dates are as follows:
General LCL Sea Freight - 17 January 2022.
Breakbulk Sea Freight - 17 January 2022.
FCL Freight - 24 January 2022.
Vehicle Sea Freight - 24 January 2022.

Covid-19 Traffic Light System - Orange
We are now operating under the New Zealand Covid-19 Traffic Light system. We are currently at Orange.
At this level, access to our warehouse and reception area will be available to the general public using a traffic light system of our own.
If you see this sign in our window, then ring the bell and we will let you in before locking the door behind you:
If you see this sign in our window, then please wait at the orange cone to allow social distancing when the customer we are serving leaves.
Only one bubble is allowed in at a time, and the following rules must be followed:
A mask must be worn at all times
Please scan/sign in upon arrival
Use our hand sanitizer

January 2022 Opening Hours
After working long hours and weekends to help accommodate our customers throughout the change Covid-19 situations, international and domestic courier backlogs and Christmas shopping, we will be working limited hours for the month of January 2022 so that we can take a moment to catch our breath.

We have general air freight space booked on flight NZ1174/04JAN 2022 - a non-passenger flight. This flight departs Auckland on Tuesday, arriving in Niue on Monday.
Due to the public holidays for Christmas and New Years, cut-off is set for 12pm on Thursday the 30th of December 2021.
It is worth noting that at this time of the year, off-loads are possible depending on how Air New Zealand loads the flights to Niue.

We have booked general air freight space on flight NZ936/28DEC 2021 - a passenger flight. This flight departs Auckland on Tuesday, arriving in Niue on Monday.
This is the time of year when a lot of air freight is sent to Niue, and we have been advised of a backlog of freight at Air New Zealand Cargo despite clearing our backlog. The risk of air freight getting offloaded is strong, but we will do our best to ensure your freight gets to Niue.

We have general air freight space booked on flight NZ1174/21DEC 2021 - a non-passenger flight. This flight departs Auckland on Tuesday, arriving in Niue on Monday.
This is the last flight to Niue before Christmas Day. Space is restricted by Air New Zealand, and is mostly filled by our backlog. We have managed to get a bit more space, but it is still very limited. Any freight that doesn’t make the limit will be shipped on flight NZ936/28DEC 2021 - the last flight for the year 2021.
It is worth noting that at this time of the year, off-loads are possible depending on how Air New Zealand loads the flights to Niue.

Sea Freight Update (Imua Voyage 109N - 16Dec 2021 Update)
The Olomana Voyage 136N is the last voyage to Niue for the year 2021, and has departed Auckland. It is due to arrive in Niue around the 6th of January 2022.
The next voyage to Niue is the Imua Voyage 109N. It is scheduled to arrive in Niue around the 18th of January 2022.

Air Freight Update (15Dec 2021)
At midday on Monday the 13th of December 2021, we were informed that we would not be able to book more space than what we already had. As a result, we now have a backlog of freight in our warehouse.
Due to the restrictions put into place by Air New Zealand for the remaining flights before Christmas, our allocation for flight NZ1174/21DEC 2021 is now full.
We are working diligently to get more space as much as possible, and will continue to accept freight which we will allocate to flight NZ936/28DEC 2021 and flight NZ1174/04JAN 2022.

Sea Freight Update (Imua Voyage 109N - 13Dec 2021 Update)
The Olomana Voyage 135N has made a call to Niue dropping off freight, but is still making the rounds and will most likely call back with the balance of freight.
The Olomana Voyage 136N is the last voyage to Niue for the year 2021, due to depart Auckland shortly. It is expected to arrive in Niue around the 5th of January 2022.
The next voyage to Niue is the Imua Voyage 109N. It is scheduled to arrive in Niue around the 18th of January 2022.
